We accept reservation from you as guests under these terms only:
a) that the guest has no medical complications (physical or mental) and fit for the planned itineraries.
b) that s/he has no medical problem related to the heat & sun, and informs us about dietary restrictions prior to booking.
c) that s/he has necessary insurance to cover medical and rescue fees in the case of emergency; and s/he read the itinerary and service included and excluded prior to booking confirmation payment.
Payment Terms: Minimum 33% deposit upon booking reservations. Full payment upon arrival.
Mode of payment: Bank wire transfer. We send you the bank details for the wire transfer for booking payment after your message with itinerary confirmation. Other than wire-transfer we accept cash in Nepali rupees and in USD. Credit card facility has been suspended, for the time being.
Sorry for your inconvenience. We do not accept bank cheques!
Cancellation Policy: Booking payment is non-refundable. The booking can be postponed for two years from the booking date.
