Chepang Hill, also called Siraichuli, is one of the least visited areas, where birders have recorded new species to Nepal in every single visit they made. The area lies at an altitude ranging1275-1875 metres. Among 567 species recorded in Chitwan, the rarest and endangered species are sighted in the forest and in Upardang Gadhi village surroundings.
